Tomorrow night she is having a slumber party, so I decided to make a cookie cake for that. All I did was buy a tube of refrigerated dough, spread it thin on a pizza pan, and bake for 20 minutes. It was really easy, and a whole lot cheaper.
Now I just need to decorate it...

I've never tried this but it looks good. And you know what else you could do with it? You could make it a cookie pizza. Drizzle it with chocolate or caramel or both. Sprinkle with coconut and/or nuts. OH, this sounds good! Thank you for the ideas.
What a great idea! I bet caramel drizzled on top would be yummy!
