Easy Can Still Mean Yummy

Now that I am a single working mom, by the time I get home in the evenings, the last thing I want to do is cook a big meal for the kids.  Thankfully they understand this, and my almost 16 year old son has stepped up to the plate, making sure his sisters are fed.  They do a lot of frozen dinners, and while the girls will eat just about anything, my son has become a picky eater. 

I recently found T.G.I. FRiDAY’S “Entrées for One” at my local grocery store, and I think my son will love them.  He is one of those kids who thinks cheese makes everything taste better, so I am going to buy the Loaded Chicken and Cheese one for him to try.  It looks delicious, don't you think?
